WORKING ON THE FINAL DESIGN DETAILS
Eclectic Solutions remains busy spring & summer of 2014 with finalizing details on many projects including residential millwork drawings, an Assisted Living Facility, an Adult Day Care Facility, and Renovations to the Sanctuary for a local church. Anxious for the final install but a sneak peak of the plans in progress.

NEW CONCEPT STORE
Innovative new display technology is the highlight of this new concept jewelry store yet beautifully set off from an elegant canvas of shimmering white porcelain tiles and dramatically defining overhead bulkheads.
MSU Surgery Suite, Sparrow Professional Building
With the addition of exam rooms & a nurses station, new suite finishes replaced the outdated bright colors for a more up-to-date fresh look.
LCC Arts & Sciences
Working as part of the design team, Eclectic Solutions’ role was to select modern, dynamic and colorful fabrics to coordinate with the Architects’ vision for the building while keeping with practical application for long term maintenance.
Anna's House, Mt. Hope Church
Eclectic Solutions is currently working in conjunction with Elevate Studio, Architects Grand Rapids, to provide serene yet lively housing for Mount Hope Church’s ministry, Anna's House. Anna's House provides housing for senior widows who dedicate themselves to the ministries of the church. Construcction: Summer 2014
Meridian Senior Center
CREATING A SPACE OF THEIR OWN
Over 700 members find activities and friendship in the former Media Center of the Chippewa Middle School. Moving into the facilities over 10 years ago without any of their own provisions, they accepted the generous use of the school’s leftovers and gently used furniture donations. The approval of a recent bond included monies to make interior improvements to the facility including new lounge furniture, lighting, and decorations. Creating a more welcoming and updated image and more comfortable environment with the addition of custom casework, an electric fireplace, a welcoming reception area, & an interactive work cafe.
Harem Urban Lounge, Downtown Lansing
THEMED URBAN HOT SPOT
With a limited budget, one of kind custom iron work details, strategically placed fabric designs and decorative details combine to tie together the intended Moroccan Theme. Harem Urban Lounge became one of the first, but most unique Lansing Hot Spots which has spurred an increase in the downtown traffic and nightlife.
LCC Mackinaw Building
HIGH SCHOOL ON A COLLEGE CAMPUS
Fun & bright colors, inspiring quotes and murals, collaborative areas, brightly lit study areas, and interactive and flexible classrooms introduces High School students to a college atmosphere.
Restore Church, Detroit
Moved by the story of the church founders, Eclectic Solutions enthusiastically became involved providing concept finish ideas and layouts as well as participated in the initial Design Charrette with Elevate Studio.
FUNCTIONAL, SECURE, & FUN SPACE
A sketch illustrating the most practical use of space with the placement of furniture, cabinets for ample storage, definition of play areas with colorful carpet transitions, and providing security and safety in the church's future infant & toddler facilities.
Allegiance Women's Health
The design intent of Allegiance’s Women’s Health Facility was to provide a warm inviting, spa-like atmosphere to make those uncomfortable and stressful situations bearable for the patients.

Charged with creating an upbeat & spirited, yet classy, environment to coordinate with their current corporate image. Design/Build project working through Corporate Facilities.
Schoolcraft College, Bradner Library Renovation
The new architecture was charged with bringing more light into the former dim and limited windowed campus media center. Mission accomplished with additional lighting of various types both standard and custom, expansive new windows with views to the outdoors and a ceiling inspired by the Venetian in Las Vegas.
Allegiance Health Human Resources
DESIGN BY COMMITTEE
It became necessary, as the hospital expanded its services, to relocate non-medical departments to off campus locations. Human Resources was the first of several departments to move but the planning committee involved included some 20+ people coordinating the details of office layouts, furniture layouts & Typical’s, phones, computers, file storage, data storage, new office protocols, as well as interior finishes.

Competing with everyone’s attention; imaging, branding, & a cohesive message works best to keep the focus and memory of people today. An important part of any public space, even if only to be consistent with signage & way-finding or adhering to maintenance and display policies helps to portray your BRAND not only to attract but retain members & loyal customers.

Space & Furniture Planning
The original plan was to complete the remaining lower level space with a new office allowing work from home. Instead they placed the home office in the smaller previously finished TV & kid's area and expanded the new space to include a craft area and workout space. Now the whole family can enjoy space in the finished lower level area at the same time.
